SASSA Will Take Services to Fernie Neighborhood

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie two Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render providers for the community.

SASSA might be rendering providers like new social grant applications, change of payment method, client treatment enquiries, together with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a press release, the agency mentioned it truly is alarmed in regards to the higher number of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The intention of the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your large number of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is due to the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no fully functional sassa status check office dedicated to service the area daily. The support place produced for intervention activities a higher influx of prospective sassa status beneficiaries, which makes it complicated for that office to attend to all people who pay a visit to a click here service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise much more resources to help the servicing of all prospects and maximize use of Social Assistance providers,” the agency said.
